I am a one bedroom apartment in Charlotte Towers and I have been loved by my current owner, but due to circumstances out of my control they have decided to sell me. Currently the onsite managers are looking after me and are doing an exceptional job for my owners who are collecting a guaranteed return, 52 weeks of the year. (Im a good little apartment and I never forget to pay my rent) My owners used to love to visit me on the weekends and we had some great times sitting out on the alfresco dining area and cooking up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. I am being sold unfurnished, but if you wish to buy my furniture I would love to keep it. I would be willing to pay you more rent if you did. I do get lonely some nights when no one is around, so if you are looking for a more permanent place to stay I would love your company all year round. Please dont let me sit on the market for long, I have been good to my current owners and they really need me sold.
