Sleeping up to six people this tranquil property overlooks Sunshine Reserve and out to the water. featuring three large bedrooms with beautiful polished floorboards that sleeps two in a king bed, two in a queen bed and two in either two singles or a queen size bed. The formal living/dining area is the perfect place to snuggle in in front of the open fire place in winter whilst the rest of the house is serviced with ducted heating. A lovely wide hallway leading down to light filled family room with 15ft ceilings, and 10ft French doors, leading out to deck and entertaining area surrounded by lush garden. The modern kitchen boasts a dishwasher, gas cooking and breakfast bar. Whilst the large bathroom with clawfoot bath for that ultimate bathing experience.
