Fully enclosed, located close to beach, 2 streets back from The Esplanade. There are 3 bedrooms with the1st bedroom containing a king sized bed (linen included), a queen bed in 2nd bedroom and 3 single beds in the 3rd bedroom along with 2 single bed mattresses (stored underneath beds). Linen is required for all beds in both 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The modern kitchen has a wall oven, gas stove top, microwave and fridge/freezer. At the rear of the home there is a garage, large deck and bbq perfect for entertaining. Accommodates 7-9 people. NOT AVAILABLE BETWEEN DECEMBER 26 & JANUARY 30, 2010 $800pw(H), $550pw(L), $150pn(min 2 night stay). High season rate applies from December 18 to January 31. $600 for week of Easter. All other times are charged at low season rate. Linen is not supplied therefore you must bring your own sheets, doona covers, pillowcases, towels, bathmat etc or alternatively hire all linen (except doona covers) through our office.
