The kitchen has an airconditioner, gas upright stove and microwave with the lounge having gas heating. The bathroom has a full sized bath, separate shower and there is a separate toilet. The back yard is fully enclosed, there is room for a boat and there is a bbq. Small outside pets permitted, no smoking indoors. NOT AVAILABLE BETWEEN DECEMBER 25 & JANUARY 25, 2010 HIGH SEASON - $1250pw & $300pn (2 night minimum) LOW SEASON - $$900pw & $275pn (2 night minimum) High season applies from December 18 to January 31 and week of Easter. All other periods are charged at low season rate. Linen is not supplied therefore you must bring your own sheets, doona covers, pillowcases, towels, bathmat etc or alternatively hire all linen (except doona covers) through our office.
