There is 1 bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. The laundry features auto washing machine & a second fridge. The large secure covered courtyard has 10 seat outdoor furniture, 2 sun lounges and 4 burner gas BBQ.There is a huge backyard for kids to run and play. Also has undercover parking for 2 cars and plenty of room for the boat. **Linen/Towels supplied for 6 persons.
