Features huge deck for cool shady afternoons and evening bbqs, plenty of space to park the boats and cars and an extra covered outdoor area at the back of the house. Stroll 300m to the beautiful Shoalhaven Heads River which is ideal for sailing, fishing, windsurfing & kayaking and only 200m to the local Shoalhaven Heads Pub which is family friendly and has magnificent water views . Shoalhaven Heads is a popular holiday spot near Seven Mile Beach National Park. The town offers a bowling club and pub, fishing facilities, a swimming pool and a 15 hole golf course with many local wineries near-by.
