The downstairs kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, and all the utensils, crockery, glassware and quality appliances you require to whip up a wonderful feast for family and friends. The upstairs kitchen has fridge/freezer, sink and microwave. A laundry complete, with large machine, dryer, iron and board and washing powder, is also provided. Outside living areas include a sailed private courtyard with outdoor dining, sunlounges and a large gas barbecue, a smaller courtyard with outdoor dining for 4, a wraparound balcony with sunlounges and dining for 4 and a grassed children's play area.
