Outdoors there is a bbq, seating, single garage, enclosed rear yard. No pets and no indoor smoking. NOT AVAILABLE BETWEEN DECEMBER 27 & JANUARY 25, 2010. HIGH SEASON - $750pw & $150pn (2 night minimum) LOW SEASON - $650pw & $150pn (overnight bookings welcome) High season applies from December 18 to January 31 and during week of Easter. All other periods are charged at low season rate. Linen is not supplied therefore you must bring your own sheets, doona covers, pillowcases, towels, bathmat etc or alternatively hire all linen (except doona covers) through our office.
