This north facing home has views to Sloop Rock and enjoys the warm sunshine throughout the year. The expansive grounds of coastal vegetation contain many native orchids and there is plenty of room to park the boat! The house is open and airy with a great deck for entertaining. Watch the sun set behind Mount Pearson enjoying a bbq of local seafood after a day at the beach. This home is very well equipped with quality furnishings and there is plenty of room to relax. Architecturally designed and built with local stone it has loads of windows and slate and wood carpet floors. Local artists work on the walls and an eye for detail make this a very comfortable space to relax. There are two bedrooms - the main room has a king-size bed made from Tasmanian blood myrtle, a single bed and wide sliding glass doors that lead to a private deck. The second room has a queen-size bed that looks to the water and a single bed. The unique home is a five minute drive or a 30 minute walk along pure beaches of white sand and azure blue water of the Bay of Fires to collect the papers in the morning at Angasi the local restaurant or dine on great local produce matched with regional wines.
