Downstairs section of house is separate and not available for rent. No pets permitted, no indoor smoking, no garage access. NOT AVAILABLE BETWEEN DECEMBER 16 & 23 OR DECEMBER 28 & JANUARY 16, 2010 HIGH SEASON - $800pw & $175pn(min 2 night stay) LOW SEASON - $600pw & $150pn (min 2 night stay) High season rate applies from December 18 to January 31 & week of Easter. All other times are charged at low season rate. Linen is not supplied therefore you must bring your own sheets, doona covers, pillowcases, towels, bathmat etc or alternatively hire all linen (except doona covers) through our office.
