There is a bungalow with a bedroom & living area for guests, plenty of room to park cars and a boat, enclosed yard and outdoor pets permitted. No smoking indoors. Accommodates 6-8 people. NOT AVAILABLE BETWEEN JANUARY 1 & 10 OR 15 & 25, 2010 HIGH SEASON - $1200pw & $175pn LOW SEASON - $800pw & $150pn (min 2 night stay) High seaon rate applies from December 18 to January 31 and week of Easter. All other times are charged at low season rate. Tenants must bring their own doona covers, pillow slips, towels, bathmat etc or alternatively hire all linen (except doona covers) through our office.
