Ti Tree is located on 170km north of Alice, and is a very productive area for table
grapes.
The table grapes production targets the early season supply of table grapes at a time
where the demand is high and there is low or limited
supply to the market.
The 20acre (8 Hectares) allotment is in full production and has been developed to a very
high standard. The vines are approximately 9 years old and have historically produced
excellent crops annually.
Water allocation is on a per annum basis and is allocated at 10 mega litres per hectare.
There is no charge for the water. The production bore is a three phase 7.5KW electric
submersible pump and electricity is supplied from Ti Tree township power station.
As a guide, consistent quality Table grapes at this time of
year (l November to early December) will sell wholesale for an average price of between
$28 to $35 per 10kg box, depending on the market demand at the time. The fruit is mainly
sold wholesale to interstate markets.
While the property is currently disposed as 100% table grape production, it could
potential be adapted to tourism, retail or hospitality pursuits.

fronts directly on to the Stuart Highway.
In addition to the vineyard there is basic accommodation for up to 10 people, large
undercover area and coolroom. The current owners could arrange to have the block
maintained & looked after if required.
