The fourth bedroom contains two sets of double bunks and access to the two-way bathroom, which offers separate bath, shower and toilet. The fifth bedroom contains one set of double bunks. All bedrooms offer ample wardrobe space. Two port-a-cots, two highchairs and two strollers are provided for your convenience. The well-equipped, modern kitchen overlooks the pool and canal and features granite bench tops and all new appliances, including induction cook top, electric oven, microwave, ice-maker fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and a selection of other appliances to aid with easy meals and snacks. Large dining tables are provided in both the dining room and covered, outdoor entertainment area, which also overlooks the pool and canal and affords a six-burner gas BBQ. When not out enjoying the many attractions the Gold Coast has to offer, there are many ways to keep the whole family entertained The spacious lounge room is fitted with a 50" plasma screen, with Foxtel, a DVD player and a Nintendo Wii, with games, available for your use. The family room contains a 42" plasma screen with Foxtel and a DVD player. At the desk there is a cable Internet connection for use with your own laptop. The Platinum Foxtel package available on all five screens includes all the childrens channels and a wide selection of other channels to suit a variety of interests. There is a separate games room, ideal for the older members of the family, offering the choice of pool table, table tennis and air hockey or table soccer. A selection of board games is also provided. Adjoining the games room is a childrens playroom complete with a selection of Fisher Price toys and Mega blocks to occupy the toddlers. There is also a play station 2 provided to entertain the children. Outside, as well as relaxing in the outdoor entertainment area or the pool; keep the littlies entertained with the swing set, climbing frame or large sand pit, complete with toys. Additionally, there is a toddlers wading shelf in the heated pool. The laundry contains a 9.5kg washing machine, ironing facilities and two dryers. There is an external clothesline and two drying racks are also provided. The home has a remote access monitored alarm and secure, shaded parking for two cars is provided.
