Whether you want to paddle in the Candlagan Creek right at your back door, relax in the stylish open plan lounge/dining area, cook up a storm in the gourmet kitchen or swim and surf at beautiful Broulee Beach, a 250m stroll away, this is the place for a wonderful family holiday or short romantic break. BEDDING CONFIGURATION: The house comfortably sleeps 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a study. At ground level there is a huge queen sized bedroom with ensuite. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet plus a study. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and the other comprises a bunk bed for the children that sleeps two down and one up. Doonas and pillows are provided on each bed. ENTERTAINMENT: AUSTAR satellite TV, boogie boards, buckets and spades, beach towels, Gaggia cappuccino machine, a cricket set, magazines, a DVD library, games and books are provided to help you relax and enjoy your beach break. There is a cosy wood heater in the main living area for those chilly winter evenings and a woodstack at the backdoor. CHILD FRIENDLY: Removable staircase barriers are provided for the safety of our smaller visitors. Older children can paddle in the Creek and play in the garden or reserve whilst still being under the watchful eye of their parents from the living, deck and kitchen areas. PET FRIENDLY: Your well behaved furry member of the family is also welcome and catered for with food and drink bowls. The property is fully fenced and dogs are allowed in the downstairs areas however not upstairs. All pet hair and No. 2s must be cleaned up from the property by pet owners prior to departure.
