Blue Water is a spacious 3 bedroom house, 3 bathrooms, large open plan lounge/dinning and kitchen, with Plasma TV, DVD player, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests in sheer comfort and indulgence. The Boat shed can accommodate an extra 4 guests with x2 double beds, great space for the kids retreat. The whole family will enjoy the games room which is separate from the house consisting of a large pool table and opens to the BBQ outdoor area. The river is ideal for sailing, windsurfing & kayaking, with the boat ramp down the road you can moor your boat in minutes for quick access to the fishing in the river or head out to the open waters through Crookhaven Heads. If you don't have a boat, throw a line in from rivers edge right in front of this holiday home. Accommodates 6 in the house, 3 Queen Beds and accommodates 4 in boat shed 2 double beds. Linen and towels provided.-You will need to bring your own beach towels.
